Company History
Deb Pierson founded PCCi in 1993 and was the firm's only employee until 1998, when the staff doubled to two employees.
The firm initially specialized in project management of physical infrastructure installations, technical writing for proposals, and proposal management for large enterprise customers selling to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. "Our first customer was IBM and from our early entrepreneurial successes we have evolved into a 40-person strong firm with capabilities now extending to software and hardware installations, multi-site and multi-state IT project management and installations, and agency redesign and reconfiguration of entire IT platforms. Our early partners such as IBM have been our biggest supporters and we're privileged to retain them as invaluable clients," said Deb.
PCCi expanded in the late 1990s to directly provide cabinet installations, site surveys, cabling, server support, and storage area network support services to meet the needs of Pennsylvania agencies expanding their distributed infrastructure.
