PCCi has provided operations support and currently delivers administrative support to the outsourced datacenter for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Integrated Enterprise System (IES) SAP system. PCCi’s administrative support personnel perform the following functions:
- Provide administrative support to MSP team;
- Maintain time reporting for MSP personnel;
- Reconcile invoices with contractor timesheets to ensure invoicing is correct;
- Maintain vacation/time off requests and schedules for MSP team’
- Prepare customer reports and status reports;
- Prepare and distribute weekly Change/TRT meeting minutes;
- Prepare and maintain customer deliverables (e.g. technical design specifications, environment installation plans, operations and support procedures guide, security document, test strategy, etc.);
- Prepare/maintain documentation (e.g. HR Management Plan, Performance Tracking Sheets, Project Tracking Sheets, etc.);
- Prepare reports for monitoring and tracking system performance, capacity, and availability;
- Provide Web site administration support for the management Web site;
- Maintain project files as requested by management (e.g. Personnel files, project notes, meeting agendas, minutes, etc.);
- Request supplies needed for team from the Project Office; and
- Make copies and send faxes for the team.
