ImaginePA SAP Implementation project staffing

PCCi provided over 50 resources to support the ImaginePA SAP ERP implementation project for the Commonwealth.  PCCi provided training logistics management, ABAP programming, administrative project management, testing support, and application development over the life of the contract.  PCCi continues to provide SAP ABAP programmer support to the Integrated Enterprise System (IES).

PCCi provided the technical lead for the design, testing, and implementation of all time related interfaces and conversions. The team was a technical resource for implementing time evaluation, time management, and CATS business process requirements; implemented all CATS functionality, including all DATS specific user exits; and offered technical assistance to all team members, managing the resolution of production support issues.

As the Training Logistics Manager, PCCi was responsible for the scheduling aspects of training approximately 80,000 Commonwealth of Pennsylvania employees on the use of mySAP.com in a 10-month period.  Specific responsibilities included the scheduling and tracking of more than 1,800 instructor-led sessions which were conducted in over 40 Commonwealth-owned classrooms across the state.  Additionally, PCCi ensured that the over 36,000 sets of training materials required to support the instructor-led training were produced and delivered to the training sites.
