Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare, Office of Income Maintenance, PC Rollout Project

In the four-month window from December 2000 to March 2001, PCCi provided project management services to the Pennsylvania DPW as part of the IBM PC Rollout project with a high level of customer satisfaction.
The project management scope spanned over 120 site installations and 10,000 PCs in an extremely tight schedule including management of the following activities:

Testing and certifying images;
Manufacturing workstations;
Delivering equipment just-in-time to locations;
Transferring data;
Cleansing hard disk drives
De-installing and re-boxing PCs;
Installing new PCs;
Transferring user data to new PCs;
Configuring and customizing user settings;
Removing and recycling existing PCs in a just-in-time manner; and

Tracking and verifying serial and asset numbers.
